January 13, 2025
Heading 6

AzSpecd Solutions is excited and honored to be named a recipient of a Partnership Grant through the HCi3 Fund. The scope of our project will entail exploring the feasibility of small micro wind technology in Nova Scotia First Nation communities as well as within Halifax Regional Municipality.

Small Wind Technology can help fill voids in the renewable energy sector because it is quiet and can be seamlessly integrated into our communities without disturbing residents or the environment.

Products such as the Luvside Vertical Wind Turbines from Germany and the new Windcrest Power turbines from Canada will be presented to First Nation and HRM leadership to determine potential benefits and examine and document site specific wind conditions in these areas. Thank you to the team at HCi3 for your support in this exciting venture!  We look forward to presenting an in depth and informative report which will help map the future for small wind technology in our region.
